Theology of the Body
What is Theology of the Body?
Theology of the Body is a collection of Wednesday addresses given by Pope John Paul II from 1979 to 1984, which are dedicated to examining and explaining the human body as a means through which God reveals Himself, particularly through the Incarnation of Christ. This theological understanding of the body ordains the body, sexuality, and the human experience with a particular dignity and vocation, to which we are called to respond with love. Through his theology of the body, Pope John Paul II invites us to understand the meaning of our sexuality as a call to communion with God.

Theology of the Body for Teens
Theology of the Body for Teens is a high school curriculum based on John Paul II’s teachings and broken down so that teens can understand and embrace the truth. It is designed to help teens come to a better understanding of love, sex, God, and His plan for their lives.
We are holding Theology of the Body for Teens curriculum training seminars at the Pastoral Center in Braintree! All are welcome to attend, the cost is $25/person in advance or $35/person at the door. The trainings will be held on:
